Our Story

Candid Connections was born out of a simple yet deeply frustrating problem: landing that elusive first-round interview. After realizing his corporate job didn't align with his career goals, our founder, Samson Pollak, encountered the all-too-common struggle of breaking through the initial hiring barrier. Despite sending out hundreds of applications across various companies, only a small fraction responded.

Frustration led to a breakthrough: Why not reach out to companies that aren't actively hiring and offer value? Leveraging his sales expertise and a Master's degree in Information Systems, Samson developed a system that autonomously crafted highly personalized emails en masse, tracked down decision-makers' contact information, and identified companies worth approaching. The results were immediate and remarkable.

Suddenly, Samson had more interview opportunities than he could handle. Recognizing the need to prepare, he sought the help of an interview coach. Impressed by the system's effectiveness, the coach requested to use it for his other clients, which brings us to where we are today.
